I applied online, someone from HR called within a week, scheduled an interview within the next 2 weeks. Very general minimum-wage, retail interview. Asked about availability, working with others, working long hours on your feet, etc. Very easy and straightforward.

Entretien
Interview was very brief and only asked me my previous employment history and availability. I was then given a run down of what the position would entail and had to sign a couple papers proving that it was explained to me. Overall not too bad and was very laid back.

Rote, simplistic, smarmy interviewer. Typical open ended questions regarding customer service. I got the distinct impression that I was being eliminated due to my age. I frequently shop at the store and there are very few employees over age 45.
