The interview process was very average. My interview lasted about 50 minutes. The questions were fairly standard (i.e., Why Kroger? Describe leadership style, etc). The interview was a one-on-one with someone from the HR department and it was fairly relaxed. They made an effort to make you feel relaxed and at ease. Overall, it was a positive experience.
