Phone screen through an outside recruiter, then a phone interview with the hiring manager, then another round of phone interviews, then on site interviews with several people. Interview questions are all behavioral based, and several individuals stuck to the script. Be sure to ask them many questions, as the ones they will ask you may not have to do with you skills/match for the job.
