Entretien
There really was no interview. I lived in the town, so they saw me around. They simply gave me their mandated drug test and proceeded to put me on the schedule for the next week. If you are simply friendly and speak to the manager in a friendly and cheerful tone, you'll get the job. The entire job is about your attitude.
The interview process includes application review, initial screening, one or more interviews (phone, video, or in-person), skill assessments, reference checks, and finally, a job offer or rejection notification. It was great.
