Very laid back. I walked in and they made me wait a minute while they grabbed a manger. The manager takes to his office, asks questions about your application and if everything checks out. You get drug tested (saliva), then you sign papers , then you start training that day.
The interview process includes application review, initial screening, one or more interviews (phone, video, or in-person), skill assessments, reference checks, and finally, a job offer or rejection notification. It was great.

The job interview was really simple and straightforward. The employer asked me a couple of personal questions and my past experiences. It was during my high school years and I didn’t have much experience.
