Panel interview with one member of senior HR, director, and what I will call a "vice-director." There were only two role specific questions asked, and around six behavioral based questions. If you look up STAR interview questions, you won't have any issues. Be aware, they will interview MANY candidates knowing full well they are going to go with a previously determined, internal candidate anyway.
