It was actually very easy, the GM of another Krispy Kreme interviewed me, she was friendly and a great interviewer. They got back to me quickly as well that I got the job, and the background check was fast as well.
Asked a few questions about my experience in food/bakeries and then what my job goals were. Asked what my availability would be and then was asked for a second interview with the other manager.
