Lack of co-ordination between HR & Concern Department (Finance). HR Shortlisted CV, but interviewer is not aware about shortlisting. More than 20 different consultants has processed my CV in last 03 years, for the same post. HR has arrange interview 03 times, and interview got surprise, on second & third occasion !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know who has short listed my CV for multiple times, & also given interview call letters each time ???????????????
