Applied online through their website, and then I need to do 2 tests, the situation and numerical test. Passed the online tests and get the telephone interview. The interview is in normal procedure, introduce yourself, and then start to answer questions.

Online interview. Wasn’t too difficult. Asked couple of questions. Be prepared and research the firm properly so that you know what you are talking about. Be confident and don’t utter whilst answering questions.
