Started with a 30 minute interview and then did a second round of interviews that involved 3 back-to-back 30 minute interviews. (1.5 hours total) Every person I talked with was prepared with questions and I personally found it very comfortable to talk with them. Kreischer Miller's employees have always been very friendly and personable in my experience and have been my favorite interview experience.
