Entretien
First interview was with HR. Second interview was with 3 directors and they asked questions that allowed them to get to know me and my experiences. After the 3 part interview, I was taken to lunch with a senior accountant.

The interview process was fairly simple. I applied online and not long after had an interview set up on zoom. The interview itself was professional and easy going. It felt like a conversation, which made it easier to answer questions confidently. I felt supported throughout the process and left the interview feeling positive about the company.

I was asked the standard "tell me about yourself" question.
The overall feeling of the interview process was relaxed. The interviewers job is to get to know you not assess your accounting knowledge. Basically, they ask themselves if they can spend 8-10 hours in a room with you.

They try to get to know you by asking questions about your hobbies, likes/dislikes, etc.

Entretien
The interview process was pleasant. I was interviewed with two directors and one manager. They were all very nice, and honest about their own experience with the firm. It was conversational, and it made me comfortable than being nervous. Then two seniors took me out for a lunch, the interview process ended with an office tour. I have previously worked on other places before, this is the nicest office I have ever seen. The people here are nice and helpful. I'm happy I got an offer and working here.
