Initial HR interview with the Talent Lead → Overview of the role, expectations, and Kraken’s ways of working. Clear and well-organised discussion. Role-focused interview with 2 Client Delivery Leads → In-depth conversation about the position, responsibilities, and delivery culture. Helpful to understand how different teams operate. Case study prepared in advance and presented to two Regional Practice Leads → Relevant and realistic exercise focused on problem-solving, ownership, and communication. Communication was consistent throughout the process, timelines were respected, and expectations were transparent. I received an offer after the final interview, and overall the process was very professional and smooth.
