The recruiter advised I prepare by reviewing their latest 10-year roadmap. The interview contained standard interview questions with no reference to this report. The hiring manager was new to the organization and working to fill a newly formed team reporting to him.
Describe a leadership example and use the situation, action and result format. Talk about your role in resolving an issue and what was the outcome. The action must have included data. How do you get data? How do you use data?
