The recruiter scheduled a 15 minute introduction call and joined the call 9 minutes late and said they have a hard stop in 6 minute's. In those 6 minutes it was a rapid fire of some HR questions and then received a rejection in couple of days after the interview

Had a brief phone interview with HR, then two days later a phone interview with the hiring manager. Neither were difficult, more interested in my background and a few behavioral questions. Then I was brought onsite less than 1 week later. It was not organized and nobody knew the questions they were supposed to ask me, but the day still went really well, until the end. The last interviewer did not make me feel comfortable and spent most of his time on his phone. They said I would hear back within a few days. I never heard back again although I contacted them many times.
