It was an eight week process. Four interviews. Four hours of logic, reading comprehension, writing, and personality tests. And after all that, I was sent an automated rejection email. The recruiter couldn't even be bothered to type out an email to let me know, even though I had emailed her asking for an update. Just got ghosted after I dedicated nearly 10 hours to their hiring process. Incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate.
