Thoughtful Interview process that was fast moving but thorough. Phone and inperson interviews conducted and an assessment that was done on my own time. The assessment was appropriate and was an interesting look at my strengths and weakness.

long - not in any hurry, recruiter was good. I had no other offers at the time. A drop form my previous role. It is OK. Had to interview with client. They are awful.

I was cold contacted on Linkedin. Set up an interview the same day. Was told I’d be contacted the following week but was ghosted. I did email the recruiter with a few questions, but she never got back to me.
