I’ve been contacted for a first step, after my application. The recruiter rescheduled, with no problem the interview, after I’ve asked due to a personal problem. At the moment of the meeting he came with at least 15 minutes of delay, with no e-mail or message. Did the interview in the remaining 15 minutes. Once we finished he told me that he will come back the next week with a feedback. Spoiler, he never came back to me, even though I tried to reach him out!
