Very structured and great information during the process. You will need to do an assessment test called KF4D which is a product Korn Ferry Sells. The people were amazing and was impressed with the transparency.

Very thorough process with several rounds of interviews and meetings with various different leaders in the organization. Asked thoughtful questions to try to determine if I would be a good fit in the organization and if I understood the client.
