1. Paper Exam: (you can choose between Economics/Accounting] 2. Group Interview : It takes one full day to go through this interview. You are asked to do multiple tasks in group, and you are also asked to engage in a group discussion about a given topic 3. Management Ineterview : 5 people from management ask very high level questions.

It was done in three steps. Most of the questions are related to problem solving skills. They also take econ based test. Five to seven panels judge you. It takes about 3 months, and give you the notice via email
