J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Kore1 (Irvine, CA) en août 2014
Entretien
I was referred to one of the Managing Partners & had the pleasure of meeting several of them throughout the process. There was an emphasis on qualifying my skills, but also my fit with the team/culture. I also had a chance to interview them...after all interviews go both ways!
Interestingly enough my final interview was over dinner with a long-time client...where that hiring manager even participated in qualifying me by asking me questions pertaining to my technical recruitment skills, but also my ability to assist in Account Management functions.
When I was considering joining Kore1 they were quite small in comparison to my previous employer, which at first was a concern. However, I could tell everyone at Kore1 was passionate about what they did...and usually passion, coupled with the right leadership, translates to success. (Going into my interview I had done quite a bit of research on the senior leadership & was quite impressed with their background/histories. The interviews only cemented that confidence.)
I accepted an offer & haven't looked back...Furthermore, my suspicions had been right....that passion & leadership did translate to success/growth. 5 years after joining the organization we've grown from 1 branch to several offices across the US & India.
***Btw this interview was in 2013, but the review won't let me date it back that far.

Question 1
How would you convince me as a hiring manager that you are different as a recruiter/agency?
