Entretien
1st Round was Screening interview of 15 mins. Then 2nd - technical round was schedule within 2 days. It was standard interview with hiring manager and there weren't any overly difficult questions that were asked. All seemed to be within reason. Would recommend practicing scenario based question and basic commands related to windows troubleshooting.

2. A employee working from home is connected to Wifi but cannot access internet - Explain troubleshooting steps (in this he expects you to give a one particular step that will work )
3. A employee can see all meeting schedules in outlook but one scheduled meeting is not getting reflected (explain the steps)
4. User in video conference room trying to mirror his screen but facing issues (explain troubleshooting steps)
