I applied via Linkedin and received an invite to take an assessment. This assessment required me to build a simple payments API following a specification. The time allotted was a week, but I was able to complete it in 3 days. I was later invited to a technical interview where the assessment was reviewed, discussed and technical decisions were debated. I was also asked some trick questions regarding the stack they use at the company. A week later, I was invited to a culture fit interview, and the following week I received an offer.
