I applied online & get call from HR after few days. Mainly there is only technical round or can say technical less theoretical round. You will be asked just syntax or theory nothing beyond it. Interviewer will not listen your answer properly because he will be get busy looking other Interviews

I did go through a recruitment agency. They take 1st round. which was face to face. after clear 1st round. you will go to another which was also face to face. All are base on Technical. Overall I did not satisfy with the interviewer.
