It was a screening interview, they asked the common questions like why our company etc. etc. followed by a round two presentation interview and a technical challenge. I haven't gotten this far but if you pass all of these, you get to meet the design lead or manager for the final interview.

The first round was a phone interview with HR. It was easy and the HR was very friendly. We mainly discussed my interest and experience in design. Also, discussed the role in detail.
