J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Konrad Group (New York, NY) en mars 2018
Entretien
I submitted my resume, cover letter, website, and a quick paragraph of what UX design means to me. I was asked for a phone interview a week later with a senior UX designer. The phone call was quick and brief, with pretty standard questions. During the phone interview, the senior UX designer offered me a 2-day design challenge, of which she sent the brief to me two days before the scheduled 45 minute remote presentation. I worked really hard on the design challenge and went above and beyond what was asked for, but my interviewer (same as the phone interviewer) seemed pretty disinterested during the presentation. There wasn't much feedback, but I didn't end up getting the job without knowing a particular reason like lack of thoroughness or any other big problems.

Question 1
Tell me about a mentor that influenced your design career
A brief phone screen, portfolio presentation, design challenge, and short chat with a co founder. Overall a pleasant process, everyone seemed nice. Communication with the recruiter was easy and efficient.

Question 1
How did you consider accessibility in your project?
I took a UX design course at Brainstation. My final project was chosen as one of the top in class to be added to their website and brainstation blog. I applied for UX design position 100 times, I never heard back any thing from Konrad. I gave up sending my application for them and never ever going to take any other course with them.
