      Decent, online application and then in person interview at their Toronto office for 1 hour. The next round is a case study also in person at their office. The people were nice and kept us in communication.

      One of the most appalling interview processes I have ever participated in! I was originally very excited to work for Konrad. However, the lack of respect and unprofessionalism was shocking. I saw a few other negative Glassdoor reviews that made me uneasy, but I ignored them because I thought the company had changed over the last five years. I was wrong. The interview process consists of 3 components: - Short chat with HR (oddly the HR director asked for my age in a roundabout way) - More comprehensive interview with a Senior Manager - A 3 hr virtual business case and a 25-minute presentation to an AVP in the office. I enjoyed meeting the team and I felt confident. The team quickly moved me along the process, however, things went off the rails following my presentation. The day after the presentation, a senior member of the team emailed me to speak over the phone. We had a great chat where they indicated that the team was very impressed and would like to move forward with the next steps. The conversation was positive and I was told I would receive the offer letter the following day to review. The following morning I received a pre-templated rejection email from the senior team member - one that did not even allude to the conversation we had 2.5 business hours earlier - expressing that they are now going forward with another candidate. I immediately called them back and asked if this was a mistake since they had offered me the job the day prior. They dismissed me and said that they changed their mind. There was no legitimate reason provided. I would highly recommend that you consider evaluating your options before working here. There is something unsettling below the surface of this company.
