first interview with a Department interview panel. This is followed by a second meeting with the HOD of the department. Then we go to Salary expectation and negotiation phase. Finally after some waiting, we get to know the results from the colllege selection board.
Admin office or the registrars office does a verification of all documents related to educational qualification and experience etc...

A panel of members shooted questions which is very easy to crack. All are beginner level questions.
Their focus was more towards programming language. Both Freshers and experienced attended the interview process.

It was good, Had good knowledge and exposure of teaching. Panal was difficult and questions where technical. Few rounds with different levels of interview. Salary is issue as a male so I declined the offer. Good place for carriers go good and all the best
