They normally start by giving a work plan to fill after reading a case scenario,then a team work task finally a one on one interview after which they call you for a final interview where you sign the contracts and get a 6 months probation time

Very simple and straightforward although the process takes quite long. The work is purely field related. If you cannot work in remote set up. Never ever dream of working in Komaza Field Operations department

Entretien
The phone interview was followed by a group interview then a presentation then a panel interview. The group interview is under observation where people do exercises to show the team and management skills The many attempts end with a training that ends with the final shortlisting
