Phone interview, afterwards an extensive test. From the beginning the process was handled in a very unprofessional manner. The selection criteria is very unclear and Needs improvement. I contacted KOMAZA and until today they have not answered my complaints. Seeing the negative Reviews on glassdoor and Google I think my complaint here is very legitimate.
