I wasn’t too interested due to the poor reviews on Glassdoor and on google but gave it a shot. Next, you have a personality test and finally a longer interview, explained to me as a 1-3 hour interview. Already I was thinking yeah no, I’m not doing a 3 hour interview. Pay also seemed kind of low for the role.
