Over the phone, very simple but detailed questions about classroom management and other information about hiring process. If they like your you & answers they will provide you with onboarding materials. Background check is needed prior to work.

Entretien
First interview is a recorded interview. You will have about 30 seconds to come up with your answer then you'll be recorded as you give your answer. Second phone interview included a job offer
The interview was conducted entirely virtually. A video would play, asking a question, after which I had 30 seconds to prepare my answer before it began recording me. I then had two minutes to give my answer while it recorded my response. 7 or 8 questions, nothing crazy, whole thing took about half an hour.

The interview was quick but informative. I gained a lot of insight about the company and what they offer. I was able to talk about my experience and how I would fit in with the company.
