I interviewed a couple years ago for a product manager position that Kohler had created for a new product line. After two rounds that were mutually agreed on as positive and promising, HR then contacted me stating that their corporate team had changed their mind. They ultimately eliminated the job position. Recently, a friend interviewed for a similar position, and ultimately the same outcome occurred. Corporate priorities will understandably change, but I sense a pattern in indecisiveness that ultimately leads to inefficient use of time and resources.

It was simple and scenario based. There were multiple rounds starting with HR interview, Assesment Test, Skip level etc. The process is very lengthy and post interview there won't be responses or wrong information shared across.
