Quick and easy process. Manager was fun to talk to and very easy to talk to. No pressure at all during the interview. Told me what the job entails and what extra things I may have to do if the store gets extremely busy. Gave me info about benefit programs and also how Kohl's does volunteer work for various organization that you can participate in. After asking some simple interview questions, I was told that i would receive a call in 3 days. I came to work the 3rd day!

Straightforward. Reviewed my resume and asked standard interview questions. The process lasted a few days. There was no drug test for me. The store manager interviewed me. The questions were easy and she was very respectful.

It was an group interview, it was basic questions, the employer made you feel comfortable also honest, laid back better then my other interviews. Will email you within 24 hours or a week if you get the job may or may not drug test
