Very average. Was hoping for greater pay and shorter hours. The manager kept me waiting for 45 mins. Very unprofessional. It was a pretty dirty store too. I’m not really sure what else I can say. They asked the usual customer service questions. They want me to work holidays too.
The interview process was pretty straightforward, virtual interview a week after applying. Didn't have many issues or anything confusing. I did ended up working there. Managers were ok but pay was pretty low.
Phone screening interview to go over resume and job requirements, mainly confirming what my availability would look like, what it entailed, and if I'd be comfortable with the sales part of the job/promoting the store rewards and credit card. Very friendly and low-pressure conversation over the phone.
