Met the recruiter at a career fair. They then had a social dinner where everyone interviewing got to meet the recruiters the night before the initial interview. The first interview was just a quick 30 mins of a few simple character questions. After a few days they informed me that they wanted to interview me so they flew me out to Milwaukee. The company put us up in the Hilton, gave us a tour of the town, and then the next day after a tour of the building everyone had 3 1 on 1 interviews. No technical questions at all.

Applied online and was reached out to by a recruiter in the company for a short chat. That went well, so we waited until after the holidays to schedule the next step; a technical interview with 3 senior engineers. Each asked their own questions, and then the engineer within my discipline took me through a technical exercise of reviewing code. I thought I did well enough for my level, and had a pleasant time talking with the interviewers. However, I did not receive any feedback. I reached out via email a week later to both the coordinator and recruiter: no response. Got the automated rejection two weeks later. Please at least be courteous and give an update on the process.

First was a recruiter call, then a technical screen on how to implement a set not using java collections, then an interview on spring boot details. Was a fairly simple interview process.

Phone screen, then interview with hiring manager where they talked about their team structure and asked questions about my experience. I recommend studying the book Clean Code. The interview was like a book report
