I had a phone interview at 12.00 PM but I didnt had a call son I called the main number and remind them that I have an interview. And than a lady calls with me and ask me the basic IT questions. It was an easy interview.

Short and sweet asked me what if questions and about my past work experience then asked if I'm ok with seasonal work and what days I can work and when can I start.

A couple of days after applying, I got an email to schedule a phone interview. They asked basic questions like if I have ever worked retail before and how I would handle customer conflicts. Shortly after, I scheduled my orientation date. It was all within one week.
