The interview went great, she told me I pretty much got the job because I was the only one to show up to any of her scheduled interviews. She told me I would get an email sometime within the next week, to set up a training day. The email never came, so I called 2 weeks later to find out what was going on. The Kohl's rep on the phone said she didn't have any record of me. Not for my interview, not my application. Made no sense to me, because my interview was set up by Kohl's through my email. What a disappointment that was. A terrible waste of my time.

She asked about my experience. Basic interview questions.
The hiring manager was completely unprepared and ignorant. He was rude and had a bad attitude. I could definitely tell he hated his job. He didn't know how to answer any of the questions I asked him at the end of the phone interview, especially ones regarding the company or industry (ex: company outlook, industry trends).

Really easy, just asked about me and how I work with others. It was a phone interview and it was fairly quick, I ended up getting the job. I would say the interview was easy.
The interview itself was very short and over the phone. The manager asked about a situation where you had to step up because of a customers rude behavior and things about yourself
