J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Kohl's (Merced, CA) en janv. 2015
Entretien
Ok it was a group interview there was 6 of us interviewing. We sat in a room the chairs where in a halfway circle position and the interviewer was at the end on her desk. We were each asked the same question. A different person going first each time. It was kind of mer racking because I remember her asking a question that mostly everyone had the same answer to. Don't try to overpower someone try to be as different as possible. A lot of the people getting interviewed where very nice, they didn't have much experience but the better you answer the question the better you will be off. Also I noticed when she asked the questions, many of the people didn't complete their sentences. Complete your sentences! Smile a lot ! And keep good posture try to add personality in your answer. Also when they ask "tell me about yourself" don't tell them what u do for fun or where you were born. They really want to know about your "professional/work"

Question 1
What is your name? And tell me a little about yourself
It was a pretty standard interview with situational questions and they explained the job duties. They also took me around the store to show me around and introduce me to everyone.

Pretty straight forward, the interview was like any other for any clothing company. Pretty quick, from call to being on the job took 1-2 weeks minimum. Though pay wasn’t that great, it was still a good learning experience.

Question 1
If a customer asked for a location of a product what will you do
Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.
