I was asked to schedule and interview online then did a phone interview a week later. The interviewer called me a few minutes late. The interview itself was pretty basic questions.

Describe a time you provided great customer service
The hiring manager was completely unprepared and ignorant. He was rude and had a bad attitude. I could definitely tell he hated his job. He didn't know how to answer any of the questions I asked him at the end of the phone interview, especially ones regarding the company or industry (ex: company outlook, industry trends).
The interview itself was very short and over the phone. The manager asked about a situation where you had to step up because of a customers rude behavior and things about yourself

Entretien
Really easy, just asked about me and how I work with others. It was a phone interview and it was fairly quick, I ended up getting the job. I would say the interview was easy.
