Had phone interview with generic Q/A. Had follow up on-site interview with 5 different people (30min-1hr each). Received tour of the facility. People seem to be nice and are very professional for a distribution environment. Got impression that taking care of their employees is a priority which is a plus. On the downside, the pay is very poor for the amount of work/hours you put in; probably taking advantage of the poor economy/lack of jobs in the area.
