Entretien
The 1st interview was done over the phone. Had to make an appointment online for it. Whole interview took around 10 minutes. The interview consisted many situational questions. After the interview, they told me to wait for a email or phone call. 3-5 days later got a email about scheduling a in person interview. Had other plans at that time so never finished the process.

Do you work on weekends? What would you do if you saw a co-worker acting in unethical behavior? How do you deal with upset customers?
I received a phone call with one of the managers. He basically got to know me and it was a pretty short, easy hire. It wasn't a tricky interview, it was more of an interview where Kohl's determined if I was fit for the job based on what kind of a person I was.
