J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Kohl's
Entretien
Went to a campus recruiting event on a whim and met a few alumni who now worked for Kohl's. They were nice enough and after networking for awhile, I was asked to interview at the campus career center the next day. Several other students were picked as well and we were interviewed one-on-one in 30 minute intervals. The recruiter was pleasant and it definitely felt like a conversation, which was helpful. During the interview and despite my polished answers, it seemed as though they could tell I didn't really care much for retail or the job. We actually had an open and frank discussion towards the end about my career goals and all that jazz. He was very understanding and actually directed me to recruiters and contacts in other companies I was more interested in! Having passed the behavioral interview decently - I think if I had really wanted the job, I probably would have gotten it.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
The most difficult question was "Why do you want to work in the retail industry?"
It was quite pleasant and they asked all of the basics. There are two interviews first a screening then a second with the hiring manager. Both parts were not that difficult as long as you prepare a few days prior.
The process began with a phone screen, a panel interview, and 2nd round interview. Interview questions included both behavioral questions and some technical knowledge questions depending on the role. Be prepared to talk about anything on your resume in depth.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Kohl's (Milwaukee, WI) en mars 2025
Entretien
It was an online Interview. The interviewer was very nice and laid back. I had answers to their questions, was myself, and didn't have too many issues. They did ask me to dress business professional.
