J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Kohl's (Fairfield, OH) en août 2013
Entretien
In order to apply for a job you have to look online. I was able to apply through snagajob. The application was pretty basic information with references. After about four or five days I get a call from the store asking to come in to a group interview. For the interview I was asked to wear business casual; slacks, dress shirt, dress shoes, and a tie would be ideal for the men. After going to customer service we go in a back room with a group of 5-10 people and answer a few relatively easy question. After each person answers a about 5-10 questions you fill our some paper work and wait a few days before getting a call saying you got the job, or didn't.

Question 1
The only unexpected question was: Sell me a Kohl's card.
The interview process was pretty straightforward, virtual interview a week after applying. Didn't have many issues or anything confusing. I did ended up working there. Managers were ok but pay was pretty low.
Phone screening interview to go over resume and job requirements, mainly confirming what my availability would look like, what it entailed, and if I'd be comfortable with the sales part of the job/promoting the store rewards and credit card. Very friendly and low-pressure conversation over the phone.
The process was pretty average, it was just a little awkward trying to find someone to ask to know where I needed to go. Once I got in the back room i was asked pretty normal questions and nothing that was too hard to answer or too perosnal
