J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Kohl's (Christiansburg, VA) en juin 2017
Entretien
I applied for the job online, after a couple days they reached out for an interview. I scheduled the interview myself, and showed up to see an intern and the hiring manager. It was a decent experience, not too much small talk, straight to the point. A couple days later received an email that said I got the job and I scheduled my first day and orientation. Overall the process was simple and easy.
Short but still good experience to have for a beginner in interviewing. There are a lot of people to meet so that you can make your skills of speaking up to par.
Easy, over the phone and about 30 minutes long. The store manager asked questions about my background, what would I do if xyz happened, what I would do if a end cap was messy, how would I contribute to making the store look good.

A round table style, group interview process with the manager and other candidates. Afterwards, on the same day, they did the one on one interviews. After about a week later I received an offer, which I accepted.
