It was a group interview with 2 other people by 2 managers and in which we took turns asking and answering questions. After this they then gave us cards to get back to them by. .They emailed me within the next day or two on my stance for the position I had applied for.

Kohl's took a while to get back to me when I initially applied however the interview was very relaxed. I interviewed with the store manager and I was offered the job immediately.

Applied online, called in for interview and hired days later. The interview was a 1:1 with the hiring manager in her office. I was asked the basic interview questions and received an email a few days later notifying me I got the job. It was a very simple process.

I applied online on company website and received a response email with a link to set up interview. Came into a Group interview with about 10 people in a conference room. The environment was very calm and pleasant and stressfree.
