I applied online and a month later , I got an email inviting me to interview, which I set up for the following week. I arrived 10 minutes early and waited on a bench for the manager. The manager greeted me, and was very friendly and the interview was very comfortable. She even laughed at one of my answers. The interview was only 10-15 minutes and she told me I would get a letter in 24-48 hours with paperwork to fill out. In less than 48 hours I got the email saying "Welcome to Kohl's". I was very excited and can't wait to start my new job!

They called me into an interview after a few days online. They asked me only one question and then said they would hand it off to their corporate office based on their needs.

It was simple and quick to get to know you. They asked why you’re interested and if you have customer experience. He offered me the job verbally after the interview but I never saw it come. A few days letter I got a letter saying I wasn’t selected. I’m not petty type or mad but please don’t do prematurely offer someone a job when you just started interviewing and you still have 8 other interviews after.

Entretien
Responded quickly to set up a video interview. The interviewer was very friendly and easy to talk to. Seems like they were really looking for good personality types to fit with their emphasis on good customer service.
