Applied online for a Sr. PM position. Recruiter picked up my resume and arranged for a phone screen interview a week later. I had WebEx / phone screen interview with the hiring manager who is a Sr. Program manager at Kohl's.

Explain about your last project that you managed (emphasis was on Technical and Agile )
Multiple job fit interviews, very short and sweet time-bound technical test, short business case. Nothing overly time consuming compared to other interviews I have done and the interviewers were respectful.
