The interview process was probably the worst i've ever been to in years. The lady was so nasty to me and said that I wasted her time. When i said i had a hard time working saturdays because of my other job she told me that she couldn't be flexible with her other workers so she couldn't be flexible with me.

When have you ever had a bad experience with a customer?
Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.
The interview process was pretty straightforward, virtual interview a week after applying. Didn't have many issues or anything confusing. I did ended up working there. Managers were ok but pay was pretty low.
Phone screening interview to go over resume and job requirements, mainly confirming what my availability would look like, what it entailed, and if I'd be comfortable with the sales part of the job/promoting the store rewards and credit card. Very friendly and low-pressure conversation over the phone.
