First round: Many questions regarding my leadership skills. Asked about Kohls and why I'm interested. Questions: "Tell me about yourself", "Regarding a time I messed up and took accountability", "How I've supported someone", "How I manage with stress/problems" I can't remember the rest.

2 rounds, 1 with store manager and final with 2 district managers. First round was easy, final round was tough. They asked lots of questions about skills and behaviors. So be prepared with all your knowledge and skill sets.
