I was flown in and met with 6 different team members for an hour each. The team members would become either my peer, supervisor or a cross functional partner. I met with the first 3 in the morning and then had lunch with the recruiter where we discussed how things had gone based on my perspective. The afternoon included 2 more peers and then I ended again with my future supervisor.
